Getting Started
This guide walks you through creating your first BotForge price bot.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A Telegram account
- An X1 blockchain token you want to track
- XNT or USDC.X for payment

Multi-chain wallet with X1 blockchain support
Getting XNT
XNT is the native token of the X1 blockchain. Here's how to get it:
Option 1: Official Bridge
Bridge assets from other chains using the official X1 Bridge.
- Visit app.bridge.x1.xyz
Option 2: OTC Trading
Purchase XNT directly via OTC.
- Visit otc.xonedex.xyz
The OTC platform is a community project, not officially affiliated with X1.
Step 1: Login with Telegram
- Visit botforge.fortiblox.com
- Click Login or Create Bot
- You'll receive a login code
- Send this code to @BotForgeAuthBot on Telegram
- Once verified, you'll be logged in automatically
Step 2: Enter Your Token Address
- Click Create Bot
- Paste your X1 token's contract address
- BotForge will verify and display:
- Token name and symbol
- Token image (auto-fetched from metadata)
- Current price and market cap
Make sure your token has trading activity on a supported DEX. BotForge automatically detects liquidity pools.
Step 3: Create Your Telegram Bot
You'll need to create a bot through Telegram's BotFather:
- Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
- Send
/newbotto start the creation process - Choose a display name for your bot (e.g., "Pepe Price Bot")
- Choose a username ending in "bot" (e.g., "pepe_price_x1_bot")
- BotFather will give you a bot token - copy this
Keep your bot token private! Anyone with this token can control your bot.
Back in BotForge:
- Paste your bot token
- BotForge will verify the connection
- Your bot details will be displayed
Step 4: Choose an Alert Template
Select how your price alerts will look in Telegram. BotForge offers 5 templates:

A live preview shows exactly how alerts will appear in your Telegram groups.
Step 5: Configure Alert Settings
Customize when and how alerts are sent:
Alert Thresholds
- Minimum Buy Amount: Only alert for buys above this USD value
- Minimum Sell Amount: Only alert for sells above this USD value
- Whale Threshold: Transaction size that triggers a "whale alert"
Alert Options
- Enable Buy Alerts: Toggle notifications for purchases
- Enable Sell Alerts: Toggle notifications for sales
- Enable Whale Alerts: Toggle special large transaction alerts
- Alert Cooldown: Minimum seconds between alerts (prevents spam)
Recommended settings: $10 minimum for regular alerts, $1,000 for whale alerts, 5-second cooldown.
Step 6: Pay and Deploy
BotForge costs $50/month per bot. Choose your payment method:
Option 1: USDC.X (X1 Blockchain)
Send USDC.X directly to the provided address.
Option 2: USDC (Solana)
Send USDC on Solana to the provided address.
Option 3: Any Cryptocurrency
Use NOWPayments to pay with Bitcoin, Ethereum, or 100+ other cryptocurrencies.
Direct stablecoin payments (USDC.X or USDC) have no additional fees. NOWPayments includes a small processor fee.
Once payment is confirmed:
- Your bot deploys automatically within seconds
- You'll receive a confirmation message
- The bot is ready to add to Telegram groups
Step 7: Add Your Bot to Groups
- Open your Telegram group
- Go to Group Settings → Add Members
- Search for your bot's username
- Add the bot and make it an admin (required for posting)
Your bot will immediately start monitoring transactions and sending alerts!
