Blocks

Browse blocks as they're produced and read the details of any block on X1.

A block is a batch of transactions confirmed together by the validator that was leader for that slot. The Blocks page shows them live as the network produces them.

The Blocks List

Go to Blocks in the top navigation for a real-time list. Each entry shows:

  • Slot — the block's position in the chain
  • Block Hash — its unique identifier
  • Validator — the leader that produced it
  • Transactions — how many transactions it contains
  • Reward — the reward earned for producing it
  • Size and Gas Used — how full the block was
  • Time — when it was produced

New blocks stream in at the top automatically.

Opening a Block

Click any block (or search its slot number) to open its detail page. There you'll see:

  • The block's slot, hash, and parent block
  • The validator that produced it
  • The timestamp and block height
  • The full list of transactions in the block

From there you can click straight through to any transaction to inspect it.

Reading Block Timing

X1 produces blocks quickly, so the list updates constantly. The time column tells you how recently each block landed — handy for confirming the network is healthy and current.

For the bigger picture instead of individual blocks, the Analytics area shows block production and network throughput over time.
