Gas & Fees
Understand X1 transaction fees and priority fees with the FortiBlox Explorer Gas Tracker.
X1 fees are low, but knowing the current rates helps you set the right priority fee when the network is busy. The Gas Tracker shows live fee data straight from recent blocks.
What the Gas Tracker shows
- Avg Fee — the typical base fee per transaction right now
- Min Fee / Max Fee — the range seen in recent blocks
- Priority Fee — the extra fee that gets a transaction included faster (shown as Avg, Min, and Max Priority)
How fees work on X1
Every transaction pays a small base fee. When you want faster inclusion during busy periods, you can add a priority fee — a tip that incentivizes validators to pick up your transaction sooner. Priority fees are measured per unit of compute.
Most of the time the standard fee is more than enough. Only raise your priority fee when the tracker shows fees climbing and you need a time-sensitive transaction to land quickly.
Where to find it
