Accessing Settings

Via Telegram:

/settings

Via Dashboard: Click the gear icon or navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

Trading Settings

Default Slippage

Set the default slippage tolerance for trades:

Recommendation: Start with 1-3% and adjust based on experience.

Auto-Slippage

Let Honey Badger calculate optimal slippage:

• Analyzes token liquidity
• Considers trade size
• Adjusts for volatility

Enable: /settings auto_slippage on

Default Gas Mode

Choose default gas setting:

Quick Buy Amounts

Set preset buy amounts for fast trading:

Quick Buy 1: 0.1 X1
Quick Buy 2: 0.5 X1
Quick Buy 3: 1.0 X1
Quick Buy 4: 5.0 X1

Customize: /settings quick_buy

Quick Sell Percentages

Set preset sell percentages:

Quick Sell 1: 25%
Quick Sell 2: 50%
Quick Sell 3: 75%
Quick Sell 4: 100%

Interface Settings

Clean Chat Mode

Edit previous messages instead of sending new ones:

/settings clean_chat on

Benefits:

• Less chat clutter
• Cleaner conversation
• Easier to track

Language

Select interface language:

/settings language <code>

Available: English (en)

Timezone

Set your timezone for accurate timestamps:

/settings timezone <timezone>

Example: /settings timezone UTC

Notification Settings

Trade Notifications

Get notified about your trades:

Price Alerts

Configure price alert behavior:

• Sound on/off
• Repeat interval
• Auto-dismiss

Copy Trading Alerts

Notifications for copied trades:

• New trade copied
• Copy failed
• Target wallet activity

Security Settings

Transaction Confirmation

Require confirmation for:

• All trades
• Trades above X amount
• Withdrawals only
• None (instant execution)

Withdrawal Confirmation

Extra security for withdrawals:

• Always confirm
• Whitelist addresses
• 2FA (if available)

Session Management

View and manage active sessions:

• Current sessions
• Device/location info
• Revoke access

Wallet Settings

Default Wallet

Set which wallet is active by default:

/settings default_wallet W1

Wallet Nicknames

Label your wallets:

/settings nickname W1 "Main Trading"
/settings nickname W2 "Copy Trading"

Auto-Switch

Automatically switch wallets based on action:

• Sniping → Snipe wallet
• Copy trading → Copy wallet

Advanced Settings

Custom RPC

Use a custom RPC endpoint:

/settings rpc <endpoint_url>

Warning: Only use trusted endpoints.

Gas Limit

Set custom gas limits:

• Default limit
• Snipe limit (higher)
• Maximum limit

Priority Fee

Configure priority fee behavior:

• Automatic (recommended)
• Fixed amount
• Percentage of gas

Resetting Settings

Reset Individual

Reset a specific setting to default:

/settings reset <setting_name>

Reset All

Reset all settings to defaults:

/settings reset all

Warning: This cannot be undone.

Import/Export Settings

Export Settings

Save your configuration:

/settings export

Provides a settings file for backup.

Import Settings

Restore from backup:

/settings import

Then provide the settings file.

Scalping Setup

For quick, frequent trades:

Slippage: 1%
Gas: Fast
Clean Chat: On
Confirm: Off (instant)
Quick Buy: 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0

Swing Trading Setup

For longer holds:

Slippage: 3%
Gas: Standard
Clean Chat: Off
Confirm: Large trades only
Quick Buy: 1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0

Sniping Setup

For new token launches:

Slippage: Auto
Gas: Turbo
Confirm: Off
Dedicated wallet: W3

Copy Trading Setup

For passive following:

Slippage: Auto
Gas: Fast
Notifications: All on
Dedicated wallet: W2

Troubleshooting Settings

Settings Not Saving

• Check internet connection
• Try again after refresh
• Contact support if persistent

Settings Not Applying

• Verify setting value is valid
• Check for conflicting settings
• Reset and reconfigure

Can't Access Settings

• Try /settings command
• Clear chat and retry
• Use dashboard instead
